Centuria launches diversified property fund
Centuria Property Funds, a subsidiary of Centuria Capital, launched a new unlisted property fund, the Centuria Diversified Property Fund. The fund is a multi-asset, open-ended unlisted property fund that aims for a tax-effective monthly income with long-term capital growth.

Fidante Partners creates new investment boutique
A new investment boutique, Lennox Capital Partners, has sprung up from Fidante Partners, to be led by James Dougherty and Liam Donohue. The small-cap fund manager will be a specialist, small-companies boutique. Fidante Partners is Challenger's funds management business.

BGC Partners pay $90,000 infringement notice
BGC Partners (Australia) Pty Ltd has paid $90,000 after being issued with an infringement notice for breaching pre-negotiated business orders in the ASX 24 futures market.
