Study shows most Aussie investors happy with investment property

Most Australian investors in a recent survey said they believe they were right in buying their investment property. Mortgage Choice performed the survey on Australian landlords, with 94 per cent being happy with their acquisition. 

Mortgage Choice's chief executive, John Flavell, commented that he wasn't surprised, because over the years, property has proven itself. 

'When you combine this impressive price growth with the fact that both vacancy rates and interest rates continue to sit at historical lows, it is little wonder why so many Australians perceive property investment as a savvy financial decision.'
