AMP Capital appoints new real estate leaders
AMP Capital announced the appointments of Kylie O'Connor as chief operating officer for real estate, Merran Edwards as head of international strategy, real estate, and Luke Briscoe as managing director of office and industrial.

O'Connor is overseeing AMP Capital's Real Estate functions - strategy, research, governance, risk, compliance, sustainability, business platforms, corporate marketing, and communications, moving across from her role as fund manager of AMP Capital Diversified Property Fund (ADPF). 

Catholic Super welcomes new CIO
Anna Shelley is Catholic Super's new chief investment officer, moving to the super fund from Perpetual Investments as the general manager of product and strategy. 

Two new distribution heads at Franklin Templeton
Amy Teh, former Colonial First State national manager of strategy and implementation, has secured a newly-created role at Franklin Templeton as head of investment and consultant relations. Felicity Walsh has a new position, an internal promotion, going from the head of the company's Australian alternatives business to head of institutional and alternatives. 

Contango appoints two new heads of distribution
Damian Craven is the new Contango Asset Management's head of retail distribution, moving across from K2 Asset Management where he was head of retail distribution. Alistair Dunne, also moving across from K2, is another new head of distribution. Dunne was K2's head of wholesale distribution. 

HESTA appoints chief quantitative strategist
AXA Investment Managers' business, Rosenberg Equities, has lost its chief quantitative strategist and deputy head of research, Michael Kollo. Kollo is moving to HESTA, where he will take on the role of general manager of quantitative solutions and risk. 

Centrepoint Alliance appoints new head of research
Miriam Herold is Centrepoint Alliance's new head of research, after moving across from IOOF. 

Frontier Advisors welcomes new head of real assets division
Isabelle Demir is Frontier's new head of real assets, working with Jennifer Johnstone-Kaiser, another newish addition to the team. Demir has vast experience behind her, most recently as an investment director MENA Infrastructure Fund in Dubai.

AMP claims director exits
After just over a year in the role, Jen Mitchell has left her role as claims director of AMP. Margot Wilson is taking her place temporarily until a replacement can be found. 

UBS chief investment strategist departs
David Cassidy has left his role as chief investment strategist at UBS after a decade. A replacement has yet to be found.
