Contango appoints new director
Nerida Campbell, a former Magellan executive,  is a new independent non-executive director on the Contango Asset Management board. 

Equipsuper appoints new governance manager
Georgia Schofield was appointed as Equipsuper's governance manager, overseeing and managing fund governance and conflicts management framework. Schofield moves across from Victoria's Transport Accident Commission. Other new team members include Campbell Finlayson as risk specialist, operations; Marc Hollenstein as risk specialist, investments; Sonam Chauhan as assurance manager; Debra Musonda as risk analyst; Tamara Frampton as senior business analyst; and Andrew Tongue and Beth Ooi as project managers. 

Clime appoints group CEO
Clime Investment Management has appointed Rod Bristow as its group chief executive, a newly-created role. Bristow was most recently chief executive at fintech Macrovue. 

First State Super appoints head of compliance, portfolio manager
Athena Efstratiadis is the new head of compliance at First State Super, while Jacki Ellis is a new portfolio manager. Efstratiadis has over 25 years' experience in the business. Ellis moves across from Mercer. 

Centrepoint Alliance appoints new CEO, revamps business strategy
Centrepoint Alliance has appointed Angus Benbow as chief executive, and is revamping its business strategy and identity. Centrepoint Alliance is to refocus on being an advice and business services provider, instead of a licensee and dealer group.

Departures

Link Group fund admin CEO departs
Link Group's administration business's chief executive, Suzanne Holden, has left her role after eight years. Link's managing director John McMurtrie will act as CEO until a replacement is found. 

Mercer deputy CIO departs
Mercer's deputy chief investment officer, Phil Graham, has retired. Campbell McCulloch has been appointed into the role of fund implementation for delegated solutions, Pacific, joining from the Future Fund Management Agency as head of investment operations. Two further positions need filling - head of investment strategy and head of portfolio management.
