Perpetual welcomes internally promoted to new head of risk role

Allan Lo Proto has been promoted to the newly-created role of head of risk at Perpetual. Proto was most recently the lead internal auditor.

Club Plus Super appoints head of member experience

Carolyn Tait is the new head of member experience at Club Plus Super, moving across from Macquarie Group as head of marketing. Tait is replacing Beth Parkin, who left after just four months in the role.

Magellan appoints instutitional business director

Darren Ottawa is the new institutional business director at Magellan, moving from Macquarie as head of Australian institutional business. Ottawa will oversee client relationships in Australia and New Zealand for Magellan Asset Management and Airlie Funds Management.

AMP personnel shuffle

AMP Capital has moved some people around, with the following changes:

  • Stuart Develyn (SuperConcepts) - now head of transformation for public markets business

  • Michael Pease (currently general manager of operations for SuperConcepts) - now general manager of operations and service
