HESTA going zero-carbon on investments

HESTA is set to make a reduction of the absolute carbon emissions of its portfolios by 33 per cent by 2030, with the industry superannuation fund moving to net-zero by 2050. The fund is working on a Climate Change Transition Plan (CCTP) to align the fund’s actions with the Paris Agreement. The plan is set to be comprehensive.
