PFL Excellence Awards 2021 finalists announced

Finalists in the PFL Excellence Awards 2021 have been announced! The 8th Annual PFL Excellence Awards celebrate achievements and recognise excellence in product design and innovation across life insurance, investment and retirement solutions.

This year two virtual live online events are to be held on Thursday 4 November 2021, start times are Health & Wellness, Insurance Bonds, Longevity Cover (12:30pm) and Direct Life Insurance Awards (3:30pm).

About the Awards The PFL Excellence Awards are based on an independent, objective and transparent research process using actuarial disciplines. They provide industry participants with a benchmark to compare performance and provide consumers with an insight into best practice. The process involves a data request and submission, followed by a review and analysis by Plan For Life.

ANZIIF Donna Walker Awards winners announced

The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) has announced the winners of the Donna Walker Awards, awards set up to remember a beloved late board member who died climbing Mt Kilimanjaro in 2019. The new awards celebrate those who have contributed to the development of insurance professionalism and promoted diversity and inclusion in the insurance industry.
