/LUCRF Super and AustralianSuper merger progresses
A major milestone has been reached in the merger talks between LUCRF Super and AustralianSuper, with both boards approving a Heads of Agreement. Due diligence has been successfully completed by both funds and their advisers.
The next stage of the process is for both parties to complete the Successor Fund Transfer Deed to finalise the merger.
