Schroders launches Australian equities fund

Schroders has launched the Schroder Australian Equity Long Short Fund to external investors, aiming for returns via long and short investments in growth and value equity markets across Australia and New Zealand. The fund is to be managed by Ray David and Joseph Koh. The objective of the fund is to outperform the S&P/ASX 200 Accumulation Index after fees across the medium-long term by investing or short-selling securities in listed equities. Up to 10 per cent of the fund may be invested internationally.

Bell AM launches sustainable fund

Bell Asset Management has launched the Global Sustainable Fund, an ESG fund for Australian retail and wholesale investors. The fund is actively managed and a concentrated portfolio of global equities focused on long-term growth via companies who are leading the way with ESG principles. Bell AM is a signatory to the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI) and is a member of the Responsible Investment Association of Australasia. (RIAA)
