Westpac to merge consumer and business divisions

An announcement has been made that the leadership teams of the consumer and business divisions at Westpac will merge to form a single consumer and business banking division. As a result, current chief executive of business Guil Lima has left the bank, and Chris de Bruin will lead. The business division was split off in June 2019 after a restructure.
