ClearView loses chief risk officer, IOOF gains head of investment governance

Orla Cowen has resigned as chief risk officer at ClearView after 18 months in the job. Cowen has joined IOOF in the newly-created role as head of investment governance, distribution.

AFCA appoints GM of people and culture

Paul Kearney is the new executive general manager of people and culture at the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). Kearney moves into the role from ME Bank as GM of people experience and business partnering, a role he has held since 2017. The new role beings in early July.
