AZ NGA welcomes head of business improvement

AZ Next Generation Advisory (AZ NGA) has appointed Shannon Wood to the newly-created role of head of business improvement. Wood moves into the role from Fruition Wealth and Bright Wealth in general manager and practice manager roles.

Fortnum welcomes practice management head

Jason Gapps has been appointed as practice engagement and growth manager at Fortnum Private Wealth, moving into the role from Madison Financial Group as national practice manager. Gapps is an experienced financial adviser.
