Schroders has appointed Anne-Sophie Williams as investment director of its equities product team. Williams moves into the role after four years as an active equities product strategist at BlackRock.

Equipsuper has promoted Brent Retallick as head of transformation and technology, replacing its chief member officer. Retallick has worked at the super fund for almost two years. Alexis Harrison is now acting chief member officer.
