Optimo Financial’s Optimo Pathfinder software has seen an update, improving time savings and complexity of calculations for the strategy-development element of the adviser’s process. The software evaluates multiple financial scenarios and considers thousands of variables at the same time while keeping within legislation.
Death preparation app launches
A death planning app is being launched in Australia by Malaysian fintech Bereev. Bereev offers a safe, secure digital platform of documents, instructions, records, details, messages and guides for after we die. Securely store wills, insurance policies, and other important documents, instructions for funeral plans, digital asset handling, pet ownership, recording messages for friends and family, and sharing the plan with trusted loved ones when it’s ready.
Insignia and MLC build digital claims service
MLC Life Insurance has partnered with Insignia to build a new digital claims service, LifeView, that is to provide members with more choices in lodging and tracking claims. Those using MLC MasterKey and Plum Super members insured with MLC can lodge claims via the LifeView service.
The new service relieves requirements for paper forms and documents. The service is integrated with claims management and policy administration systems already in place for real-time updates.
