/Asian assets under management (AUM) fell to US$4.7 trillion, a drop of US-$324.8 billion from the previous month; regional assets under management have fallen by -10.5% in the last six months.
Net sales were US$24.1 billion, up from outflows of US$89.5 billion in the previous month.
Equity funds saw the highest monthly inflow, with net sales of US$13.1 billion. The second best-selling asset class was bond funds with net inflows of $6.2 billion.
Active funds saw net sales of US$11.7 billion; passive funds and ETFs witnessed net inflows of US$5.0 billion and US$7.4 billion, respectively.
