/Talaria added to CFS FirstChoice
CFS has announced that the Talaria Capital global equity fund has been added to the CFS FirstChoice platform. This adds to the existing investment options of FirstChoice Wholesale Investments, FirstChoice Wholesale Personal Super, FirstChoice Wholesale Pension and FirstChoice Pension.
The news of the addition of the Talaria Fund comes just weeks after CFS appointed EOS at Federated Hermes to provide support for its global equity investments. EOS will provide ESG support to nine Australian institutions with over $320.5 billion in assets under advice. Earlier in 2022, CFS announced a revamp of its wrap business, with a new platform to launch later this year. The wealth management group said it has appointed FNZ as the platform provider to lift competitiveness.
AXA IM launches clean, green funds
The AXA IM Global Green Bond Fund and the AXA IM Clean Economy Equity Fund have been launched by AXA Investment Managers to Australian investors. The green bond fund looks for income and growth from actively managed global green bonds, bonds that offer access to projects that have environmental benefits. The clean fund invests in high conviction stocks of securities in the clean economy of innovative solutions such as those involved in decarbonisation.
BetaShares launches Future of Food ETF
The Future of Food exchange-traded fund (ETF) has been launched by BetaShares on the ASX to offer exposure to next-gen food chain-related technology and food. The ETF tracks the Foxberry Next Generation Foods USD Net Total Return Index, which has a focus on how food is consumed, produced and distributed. Plant-based meat substitute Beyond Meat and ready-meals frozen vegan food provider Tattooed Chef and Danone are listed.
TIP Group launches co-living future property fund
Teaminvest Private Group Limited (TIP) has launched a co-living property fund for the wholesale market that is to invest in co-living operators, innovators and technology companies, management firms and service providers. The Coliving Future Property Fund has an initial investment of $100,000, management fees of 1.5 per cent per annum and a 20 per cent performance fee of fund performance greater than the five per cent hurdle rate.
