/Resolution Life welcomes CEO, appoints investment specialists
Tim Tez is the new chief executive at Resolution Life Australasia, effective February 2023. Tez moves into the role from leading Medical Indemnity for Avant Mutual. Current CEO Megan Beer is moving to London and is taking up a role as chief operating officer at Resolution Life Group in a planned succession as John Hele retires in 2023.
Katrina Tran has been appointed as a senior investment manager within the investment decisioning chapter at Resolution Life, joining from Mercer. Matthew Coleman is investment management leader, moving into the role from Commonwealth Bank. William Bahramali is a new senior investment manager, moving into the role from QBE Insurance. Nathan Lau is an investment analyst hire, joining from MetLife.
Iress appoints new CEO
Marcus Price is moving into the managing director and chief executive role at Iress after Andrew Walsh retires later in 2022. Price would be appointed as a non-executive director from 26 July before taking on the other roles from 3 October 2022.
