Count Financial launches digital SoAs

Accounting and advice network Count Financial has added a digital Statement of Advice capability to its platform, using DASH Technology Group’s suite of software. The DynamicDocs element of the software provides the SoAs.

MBS Insurance obtains AFS licence, forms alliance with Bombora

Risk insurance advice specialist firm MBS Insurance has secured an Australian financial services licence as of 1 August 2022. MBS joined Bombara Advice which offers professional risk advice and ongoing service from within a licensee. Both companies will continue their relationship under a new partnership arrangement. The new alliance allows MBS to access Bombora’s wholesale services. Both businesses will operate under separate AFSLs.
