TAL is to sell its subsidiary, Affinia Financial Advisers, to CountPlus Limited. CountPlus was the best fit for the sale, according to TAL, after a thorough review.
TIP Group to buy Enva Group
Teaminvest Private Group (TIP) are to acquire financial advisory company Enva Group for up to $2.5 million. Enva has about $400 million in funds under advice (FUA). TIP will take a 100 per cent stake in Enva Australia Pty Ltd an Enva Holdings Pty Limited.
