HUB24 acquiring myprosperity

HUB24 is buying 100 per cent of myprosperity, a client portal provider, for $40 million. Leadership and branding will remain as-is for the time being. Shareholders of myprosperity will receive total consideration of $40 million of HUB24 shares and potentially up to another $11.5 million in shares if certain conditions and performance indicators are met over the coming three years. myprosperity is already integrated with HUB24 and Class.
