Andrew Casperson has been appointed as the head of individual life at ANZ, after being the national product manager for eight years. Shannon McKay has been appointed as head of life insurance customer engagement, after a previous role as national manager of retention and loyalty for insurance for five years.

Charlie Fraser from Shadforth Financial Group has been named as the Association of Financial Advisers’ Adviser of the Year for 2017.
Mia Taylor from Evalesco Financial Services has been named as the Rising Star of the Year Award for 2017.

New insurance award for overall customer satisfaction launched
Investment Trends has launched its Overall Satisfaction – Insurer Award, with the winner this year being ClearView, ahead of BT Life and AIA Australia.
