MetLife adds to customer experience team

Lina Saliba is the new head of customer experience at MetLife, replacing Katynka Powning who left in May. Saliba has over two decades’ experience in customer experience and operations in financial services and telcos, working as a consultant for some big names like Macquarie, Allianz, CommInsure, NBN and Telstra.

Zurich appoints life and investments head

Justin Delaney is the new chief executive of life and investments at Zurich, succeeding Tim Bailey. Delaney has over 25 years’ experience in the industry, and moves across from his most recent post as chief operating officer for TAL. Bailey is headed to Europe to take up another position with Zurich.
