State Street Global Confidence Index October 2021

State Street Global Markets Investor Confidence Index has been released for October 2021, revealing a boost in investors confidence 8.4 points.

The ICI increased to 1114.4, up 8.4 points from September’s revised reading of 106.0. The North American confidence bolstered the index, rising 8.0 points to 144.0. Asian ICI was up 5.5 points to 103.1, while European ICI rose just 1.2 points to 96.8.

Global ICI was at its highest level in three years, possibly due to declining COVID-19 infection rates locally.
