Superannuation Satisfaction Report: HESTA has the happiest customers
/HESTA industry superannuation has scored the highest in a customer satisfaction rating amongst industry and retail superannuation funds, says Roy Morgan’s latest Superannuation Satisfaction Report.
The report covers customer satisfaction ratings for the six months from January to June 2021. HESTA came out on top with record satisfaction ratings during the reporting period. In addition, HESTA’s Sustainable Growth option was recently named Australia’s top-performing balanced option for the year across one, three, five, seven, 10 and 15-year timeframes, according to SuperRatings Fund Crediting Rate Survey.
HESTA outranked its peers, Cbus, UniSuper, AustralianSuper, Catholic Super, HOSTPLUS, Sunsuper and First State Super. The best-ranked retail superannuation fund is OnePath, with peers trailing behind including Colonial First State, MLC, ASGARD, BT, Mercer and Suncorp.

Overall superannuation fund satisfaction ratings sit at 71.7 per cent
In June 2021 there was an increase of 8.6 points from a year ago in June 2020, up 6.9 points since December 2020
June’s rating is just below the record high reached just a month ago
