/Schroders launches YFYS fund
The Global Active Allocation Fund launched by Schroders is a dedicated fund managed in line with the Your Future, Your Super (YFYS) benchmark for alternative investments. The fund is designed to outperform the YFYS benchmark for alternative investments and strategies by 1-2 per cent annually.
KM Property Funds launches social property fund
The Community and Social Services Property Fund has been launched by KM Property Funds to invest in community and social service direct property assets. The investment areas covered include tenanted property in childcare and education; health, wellbeing and fitness; specialist disability; social welfare; affordable or community housing; community services and neighbourhood retail. The minimum investment is $10,000 with a recommendation of a five-year period, with the goal to pay monthly dividends at 5-5.5 per cent per annum.
BetaShares launches two tech ETFs
BetaShares has launched two new exchange-traded funds (ETFs): the BetaShares Online Retail and E-Commerce ETF (IBUY) and the BetaShares Video Games and Esports ETF (GAME). The online retail fund will offer exposure to up to 100 successful e-commerce companies, while the video game ETF tracks the Nasdaq CTA Global Video Games & ESports Index which holds some of the biggest names in video games, such as Nintendo.
