Fin365 announces two mergers

Financial services software provider Fin365 is to merge with Optimised Financial Planning Solutions (OFPS), a specialist in efficiency solutions, and SMSF Paraplanners (SMSFPP), a client services and paraplanning outsourcing company.

Moggs (CountPlus) acquires Gubbins

Moggs Accounting + Advisory, owned by CountPlus, has acquired Timothy Trevor Gubbins (financial advice firm) in Shepparton. Timothy Gubbins will remain with the business for a year as it transitions ownership.
