Allan Gray exiting platform and superannuation

The Allan Gray Solutions platform is to be transferred to OneVue Wealth Services in April 2023, inclusive of Allan Gray Superannuation and Retirement and Allan Gray Investments. The company is focusing on its core funds management business.

After the transfer, the superannuation arm will be rebranded as Ensurity Super, while the investments arm will become Ensurity Invest. OneVue currently operates and administers the platform, with no changes to members or account holders.

Pengana launches specialist capital markets business

Pengana Capital is launching a new business to be led by Phil Schofield, a former Canaccord Genuity executive. The company decided the time was right for a bespoke investment division for capital markets.

AMP’s real estate arm sale to Dexus extended

The deal between AMP Capital and Dexus Funds Management for AMP’s domestic real estate and infrastructure equity business has had an extension for binding documentation. The new date is March 20.
