Global X launches equity ETF

Global X has launched the Australia ex Financial & Resources ETF (OZXX) to offer exposure to large Australian companies without including banks, mining and energy shares.

The exchange-traded fund (ETF) tracks the Solactive Australia Ex Financials Materials and Energy Capped Index, investing in the top 100 companies. Industries include healthcare, telecommunications, consumer staples and infrastructure.

Maple-Brown Abbott relaunches responsible investment fund

Maple-Brown Abbott has relaunched its Maple-Brown Abbott Responsible Investment Fund as the Maple-Brown Abbott Australian Sustainable Future Fund.

The change includes a modification in screening processes to ensure all holdings have a positive social and environmental impact while aligning further with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
