/FSC publishes guidance on divesting Russian assets
The Financial Services Council has provided guidance to help superannuation trustees and fund managers divest Russian assets. The guidance includes what constitutes a ‘Russian asset’, steps to take, issues of ownership and control, and achieving divestment.
APRA adding to superannuation data collection
The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) is adding to the data it collects from the superannuation industry in Phase 2 of the Superannuation Data Transformation (Depth). Phase 1 (Breadth) has been completed. New data will be delivered on retirement outcomes for superannuation members, governance efficacy, and risks.
